- You have chosen the wrong size, wrong color and wrong type of item.
- Your order was placed the 8 hours.
- The image quality is considered good.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We can only process cancellations for active campaigns. Call us or send us an email with your order details and we’ll issue you a full refund.
NOTE: We are unable to cancel orders once an offer has closed and the printing process has commenced.
The production process starts quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes to your order before it starts being made. For any changes, send us a note before production starts at email@example.com. Be sure to include your order number and details on the change to expedite processing it for you.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Because our products are custom printed and unique to each campaign, they will only qualify for a refund if the product itself is flawed, if the quality of the printing is poor or if the final product is materially different from the product presented on the site.
If there’s an issue with your product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with:
- Photo(s) of the affected package and items(s).
- Your order number and/or the email address registered to the order.
- More details about the package that is relevant.
We will use this information to look into a replacement and prevent future errors.
Any unauthorized returns or exchanges of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.

WHEN CAN I REQUEST A REPLACEMENT ITEM?
Each product has to be inspected carefully before delivered. But mistakes are inevitable and to make sure that all customers are satisfied, we offer replacement items for any of the following reasons:
- The product itself is flawed.
- The quality of the printing is poor.
- The final product is materially different than the design presented on our website.
- The following information of the product is not the same as the order: type, size, color, printing content.
Additional non-returnable items:
– Gift cards
– Downloadable software products
– Some health and personal care items
HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS?
If the customer would like to return the item we only accept returns of items if they meet all of the following conditions:
- Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Unwashed and Unworn
- In the original packaging
After contact to email@example.com and receive our response with returns eligible address, please do exactly following instructions:
- Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email.
- Go to the local post office, or another courier, to ship the package to address mentioned in the email.
Then please provide us the tracking number from the post office or couriers. You will receive an email as soon as we received your items. We will also send you another email to notify you if we approve or reject to refund in your case.
CAN I EXCHANGE FOR SWITCHING TYPE/SIZE/COLOR OF THE PRODUCT?
You can exchange type/size/color of the products on 12 hours. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org
MY SHIRT DOESN’T FIT. WHAT DO I DO?
You may exchange unworn, unused, and unwashed apparel items for a different size within 10 business days of the delivery date. We can only accept apparel exchanges for a different size, in the same style and color that was originally ordered. From start to finish, please give your exchange 3-7 business days on domestic orders to get back to you. For international orders please give us 1-3 weeks for delivery.
We can only exchange once, so make sure to double-check our size chart, linked below the item selection area of the order screen.

HOW LONG DOES A REFUND OR EXCHANGE TAKE TO PROCESS?
From start to finish, please give your refund/exchange 7-14 business days on domestic orders to get back to you. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & International orders please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery.
Qualified refunds are processed immediately, but it may take up to 5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your method of payment. Once we have your item, we’ll send the exchange or qualify for the refund.
CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of your original order.
Why? Because we are unable to cancel orders once an offer has closed and the printing process has commenced we won’t be able to do anything about it until it arrives at your door in which case you’d send it back and only then would we be able to process the refund.
Please be advised that cancellation or order modification requests to replace a prior, existing or present order using promo codes are excluded from the cancellation policy. Please see Coupon | Promo | Discount Codes section below for more information.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
COUPON | PROMO | DISCOUNT CODES
- Discount, promo or coupon codes are not applicable to prior, existing or pending orders.
- Discounts cannot be converted to the cash value.
- Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promos.
- Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

- Please be advised that once your item has been shipped, your order cannot be modified or canceled.
- You are protected by our “Total Satisfaction And 100% Money Back Guarantee” for a full 30 days period after your purchase (this applies to product quality, shipping delays beyond our policy and anything else we might think is reasonably acceptable to make you very very happy!).
- Errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) and missed parcel deliveries are excluded from the refunds policy, but be assured we’ll find a solution together to make it right for you in case it happens, cause we live hectic lives and nobody is perfect, right?
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
You will receive your refund within 5 business days. Please contact us if you notice it takes too long for the refund to reach you.
You will receive your replacement order confirmation within 5 business days. After that, please kindly allow us at most 5 more days of fulfillment before we can send you a new tracking number.
All transactions, including refunds, will be processed securely through PayPal.
We operate on a print-on-demand service, which means your t-shirts will be freshly printed after you order from us. Therefore, please refer to the following policies carefully before making a purchase.
To be eligible for a refund/replacement, please make sure that:
- The product was received in the last 30 days.
- The product has the problems we describe below.
Since your order is custom printed just for you, we are not responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit or preference issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chart on each product page. Please make sure you refer to it first for the best fit.
Order Modifications or Cancellation
You cannot modify or cancel your order on your end. After your order has been placed, you have 5 hours to contact us and request order modifications (such as a size/color change) or cancellation. After 5 hours, your order will have been put into production and can no longer be modified, except for your shipping address.
We can still correct/modify your shipping address before we finish printing the product and ship it out (this process takes an average of 3-5 days). Therefore, please contact us as soon as possible.
We guarantee to issue you a refund or a free replacement in the following situations:
- The design was poorly printed.
- You received a different size from what you ordered.
- You received a different product from what you ordered.
- Products missing or damaged.
Please contact us with your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item.
Since your product is custom printed just for you, we do not take returns. Please send us a photograph showing the specific problem with the product and include the order number. As soon as we have confirmed it, we will issue you a refund or a replacement.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at here and send your item to

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Order not delivered
If your item has not arrived within 30 days after having ordered, please contact us for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.)
- To return your product, you should contact us for an address return.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
