Ordering

The production process starts quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes to your order before it starts being made. Changes to the address or email registered to the order can be made directly in your online receipt until production of the order starts.

Orders from our store are typically delivered within 7 to 12 business days after printing begins. For international orders, transit will take approximately 2-4 weeks.

Payment

We use paypal as payment method. When you use this method, you’ll be redirected to PayPal website to make the payment. Once you’ve successfully made the payment, PayPal will automatically redirect you back to our website see a summary of your order.

Shipping

As we are a print-on-demand company, so it takes 2-5 business days to process the products. Customers, please give us several days depends on the product type that you ordered. Ninety-five percent of our orders are fulfilled within 3 business days for all products.

We ship our domestic orders with USPS, DHL, OSM depend on recipient address to improve delivery speed and cost-effectiveness.

It could take 3-7 business days for delivery within the U.S.

It takes 1-3 weeks for delivery with international orders.

 

Yes! We will send you a tracking number via email. In some cases, it can take up to 5 days. You can later track your Order by clicking on “Track Your Order” in the Main Menu.

If you didn’t receive an email, please contact us, so we can provide you with the information, before making a Chargeback, in some cases, Emails don’t get send automatically.

If you have ordered several items, they are often shipped out in separate packages so you may receive them on different days. You will receive an email with a tracking number for each package sent.

Most apparel items are:

  • Standard shipping: $4.99 for the first item, +$1.50 for one additional item
  • 2-3 days USPS shipping: $10.00 for the first item, + $4.00  for one additional item
  • International shipping: $7.50 for the first item, +$5.95 for one additional item

For Hoodie and Sweatshirt:

  • Standard shipping: $6.99 for the first item, +$2.99 for one additional item
  • 2-3 days shipping: $12.00 for the first item, +$6.00 for one additional item
  • International shipping: $7.50 for the first item, +$5.95 for one additional item

Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses. Once the package enters the military mail system, tracking ceases to update for military security reasons.

Yes! Shipping is available worldwide through a variety of different carriers.

There are certain colors that are rare or always low in stock that require more time to process so that we cannot offer fast shipping with these specific colors on the orders. If you wish to have your items to deliver faster, feel free to contact us at here, so we can have a look and do the best that we can.

Expedited Shipping 2-3 days via USPS Shipping (only USA)

Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier’s system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can experience delays updating their site or delivering an order. If the tracking number is still not working within 4 business days then processing time policy, please contact us at here

Customs and duty charges may be applicable depending on the country of origin, size, weight and/or value of your order.

All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

My package is marked delivered, but I never received it.

If your package is marked delivered, but you never received it, follow these steps:

  1. Check around your home/apartment in case the postal carrier placed the package in an odd spot.
  2. Ask your neighbors as they may have received your package instead.
  3. Reach out to your local post office for information regarding the package.
  4. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at here

We have a large assortment of products not stocked in the house when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. If you believe error contact us at here

Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined.

Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing.

Some countries may require import tax, duties and customs fees for the imports. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of your country. Paying these charges is your responsibility. There might also be delays in delivery times due to customs checks which are out of our control. Quality

Don’t worry! If you are missing an item from your order, it was most likely shipped separately.
To know if items are sent separately, refer to your shipping confirmation email. If the email displays multiple tracking numbers, your order has been sent out in multiple packages and your missing item should show up soon.

Returns, refunds & Exchanges

You may exchange unworn, unused, and unwashed apparel items for a different size within 10 business days of the delivery date. We can only accept apparel exchanges for a different size, in the same style and color that was originally ordered. From start to finish, please give your exchange 7-14 days on domestic orders to get back to you. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & International orders please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
We can only exchange once, so make sure to double check our size chart, linked below the item selection area of the order screen.

From start to finish, please give your refund/exchange 7-14 days on domestic orders to get back to you. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & International orders please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
